the perfect engagement ring?

Hi well as you know February is a leap year and its tradition for a woman to propose to a man if he hasn’t done so.
So really I'm looking for the perfect ring to propose to my partner with and I have an idea what I’m looking for but can’t find the same style.
What I’m looking for is a lion or tiger gold band with an emerald as the eyes, I want it to have it like the tiger/lion is wrapped around the band maybe eating it own tail.
I don’t want the tiger as the main feature coming out of the ring I want it so it is like a band ring and goes around all in one.
I know it’s quite unusual but if you could point me in the right direction as to where I could get one I would appreciate it.
