Hello Michelle, Other stones to consider that are as hard as diamonds are rubies and sapphires. You can find ruby and sapphire rose cut gemstones. Since you like the antique look of the rose cut diamond, some other cuts to consider are: - Asscher cuts - Art Deco rings - Old Miner cuts - Old European cuts If you are worried about the fragility of an antique ring, you can always buy a new ring that is designed to have a vintage look.
