same One semi eternity band goes god with cathedral setting engagement ring. also as my friend told I can gift her later after 5 years or 25 years to make her feel proud and remember old days

I would probably go with one semi-eternity band--they are cheaper then full eternity bands and are capable of being easily re-sized. A woman's ring size can change over time (i.e. through pregnancy, aging, etc.). I would then get a second semi-eternity band to celebrate an occasion (i.e. 5th wedding anniversary) ..... This is what I'm asking my husband for :)
