You may have to see about getting something like this custom-made. I have seen a lot of pretty rings with large pearls in the center surrounded by small diamonds or a mixture of small diamond and pearl clusters. Unfortunately, I have not seen a center diamond surrounded by small pearls..there may be a practical reasons for this, in that pearls are weaker stones and it may be hard to position them around a diamond so that they don't get loose and fall off....
